For security reasons, we restrict what you can put into this tag. You only need to put the ID of the Youtube video (without the Youtube link, etc. etc.)
The ID is a short string of letters and numbers, and can be found in a couple of places:
If you click on the 'Share' link under video on Youtube, you'll get a link like this: https://youtu.be/V-9zkWRrvhM The video ID is the bit at the end: V-9zkWRrvhM
If you are struggling with this, the video ID can also usually be found in the browser address bar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-9zkWRrvhM - The ID is the bit after '?v='
