Dan,
As the 569204 were already specified as standard eqpt on 1 tons (one assumes so as they are specified in the parts book) therefore there wouldn't b a need to specify them on the build card, surely?
I would be interested in what variations on the 1 ton (569204) rim exist; you say there are 2?

I would have thought they would be mentioned if the vehicle was fitted with 569203 rims, assuming that 204s were standard.

I think by two types of 569203s one is the version with the number stamped out, which is in fact a 569204 rim.

569203 if we're going for pedantry has 3 x versions.

1. Marked 569203 but is a 569204
2. 569203
3. 569203 (slightly deeper than 2.)

I could argue there is a fourth but I reckon it's got silly enough.

Wow this really is confusing :?
So where would mod spec split rims fit into this? Are they the same as LWB 6.5s?
Are 101 rims split?

Also don’t you get steering linkage fouling if you try to put RR axels on a 101?
