Well happy with these. 
Managed to pick these new old stock front shoes up for £10.50, plus postage on Ebay
Going by the part number on the box and a bit of research, they are made by Apec.
Also I also picked a set of rears up too for £13.50 all in with postage. These were Mintex branded shoes.
