Thinking of buying a 2b

Hi all.
I'm considering buying a left hand drive 2b previously used as a fire engine which may make a great vehicle for camping. It has the 2.6 and is in good order. My question really is to try and understand the values of these things as it will cost quite a bit to pick up. From the little I know of these it seems that original pick up style vehicles are the most valuable and all the strange bodied stuff is more common and worth less, even though they are good mechanically having led an easy life.
I think I have included a photo but my computer skills are limited.
