Purpose
The purpose of the 900club forum is to extend knowledge of the applicable vehicles, to encourage their restoration, preservation and use, to assist owners seeking advise, parts, vehicles etc. We are also especially interested in researching the history of these vehicles, their uses, specifications and period modifications.
Any advice given is the opinion of the poster and no liability will be accepted by the forum admin or hosts for incorrect information being provided, particularly with regard to technical information. If in doubt please check with a professional.

Registration
Is open to anyone but accounts must be activated by the forum administrators. Suspected spam emails or user IDs will be deleted.
Every 3 months a clear-out will be made of accounts that have not logged in. Ideally we would expect all members to at least introduce themselves. Accounts that have not made any posts within three months of registration will be deleted.

You have the option to fill in your profile, we encourage members to at least indicate the general area they are in, this is especially useful when buying and selling items.

There is a for sale section and members are encouraged to use it.

Traders are permitted but please state that you are a trader in your posts.
Traders wishing to advertise are requested to make a contribution (however small) to the Florence restoration fund - http://www.onetonlandrover.co.uk/26600082B.html

Who are we?
The 900club is intended as a forum for owners of Land-Rover 1-tons, IIA and IIB Forward controls and 101s.

Why "900club"
The name is derived from the common fitment of 900x16 tyres to these vehicles, which also share many other unique parts.

Keeping on-topic
We would expect most topics to be in the appropriate sections and relate to the vehicles in question, for example 101 discussions in the 101 section. We do however appreciate that many here will have a broader interest in Landrovers and vehicles in general, so discussions on those topics are welcome in the "other vehicles of interest" section. Topics here might be Landrover special conversions (to be fair, bog standard series vehicles and coil sprung vehicles already have a plethora of forums dedicated to them) Unimogs, obscure 4x4s and working vehicles etc.
